米国拠点と日本本社間のコミュニケーションおよびレポーティング統括
経営層の業務・戦略イニシアチブ支援
予算管理、業績分析、月次レポート作成
日米間の事業方針・優先順位の整合
課題抽出および部門横断での問題解決支援
応募資格
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
学士号以上(MBA等尚可)
日本企業文化への深い理解と実務経験
戦略/財務/オペレーション領域での7〜10年の経験
経営層向け資料作成・分析スキル
勤務地 ペンシルベニア州メカニクスバーグ
勤務形態 オンサイト勤務
給与 USD120,000-180,000
