職務概要 このポジションでは、 北米における発電資産ポートフォリオの収益性向上と投資価値最大化を目的として、電力事業全体のアセットマネジメントおよび事業戦略を統括します。財務・オペレーション・契約・市場戦略を横断的にリードし、経営層と連携しながら中長期的な価値創出を担うポジションです
職務内容
発電資産（太陽光、蓄電池、火力）の財務・運営・契約管理
KPI、予算、実績管理および是正アクションの推進
O&M戦略最適化、委託先評価、収益性改善施策立案
PPA等の商業契約レビュー・交渉・リスク管理
電力市場分析および収益最大化戦略策定
応募資格
発電業界におけるアセットマネジメント経験（5年以上）
電力市場および商業契約に関する知識
歓迎条件
MBA等の修士号
M&Aやアセットエグジット経験
多国籍環境での業務経験
勤務地 テキサス州ヒューストン
給与 USD210,000まで (経験による)
