鉄鋼アルミ、電力など幅広い事業分野にて事業展開している大手日系企業がミュンヘンにてインサイドセールスを募集しております。産業用大型機械（プロセスガス・コンプレッサ）のセールス＆マーケティング部門にて下記の業務内容を行って頂きます。欧州市場における事業拡大を図っており、そのために新たにインサイドセールスを募集します（増員）。
職務内容
＜展示会関連＞
展示会準備（ブース手配、デザイン、予算管理）
展示物の準備（製品モデルの手配、ロジ関係）
販促品の準備（ポスター、カタログの手配）
ブース訪問者対応、アポイントメント管理
＜マーケティング・プロモーション関連＞
LinkedIn への投稿記事の作成、分析
＜営業サポート＞
引き合い受領～見積依頼社内手続き
契約条件交渉準備
合意内容の整理、社内決裁申請書類の作成
受注時社内手続き、引き継ぎ書の作成
＜リスクマネジメント＞
事業活動に伴うビジネスリスク、税務リスクマネジメント（事務サポート業務）
応募要件
必須要件：
営業またはカスタマーサービスの経験（インサイドセールスの経験があれば尚可）
優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
セールスおよびマーケティングに関する基本的な知識
自発的に行動し、目標達成に向けて努力できる方
チームでの協働および他部門との連携ができる方
ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力（必要に応じて）
歓迎要件：
大型産業用機械でのビジネス経験
売買契約書に関する知識、交渉の経験
データ分析および報告書作成のスキル
- CRM システムの使用経験（Salesforce など）
