ネットワークエンジニアとして、親会社や関連グループ会社向けネットワーク環境の安定運用およびプロジェクト対応をお任せします。
【既存顧客におけるネットワーク障害対応】
インターネット不通時の一次調査、回線・機器チェック
サーバールーム設置ルーター／スイッチのLEDランプ確認、切り分け対応
通信キャリア／プロバイダーとの英語による技術的なやり取り
【ネットワーク機器の設計・設定・導入】
ルーター、スイッチ、Wi-Fiアクセスポイント（AP）の設定・管理
Cisco社製ネットワーク機器の設定・運用・トラブルシューティング
オフィス移転・新設に伴うネットワーク設計
インターネット回線の新規手配
Wi-Fi機器、ルーター、スイッチ等の選定・調達・設計
顧客向け提案、進行管理（PM的役割を含む）
応募要件
＜必須要件＞
ネットワークエンジニアとしての実務経験（目安：3年以上）
Cisco製ネットワーク機器の設定・運用経験
ルーター／スイッチ／Wi-Fiアクセスポイントの設定・導入経験
ネットワーク障害発生時の切り分け・トラブルシューティング経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力、日本語力
顧客・社内関係者と円滑にやり取りできるコミュニケーション力
＜尚可要件＞
オフィス移転やネットワーク新規構築プロジェクトへの参画経験
小～中規模プロジェクトでのPM／サブPM経験
ファイアウォール設定の基礎知識
日系企業向けITサポート経験
