【業務内容】

法人営業：

・日系企業への法人営業（新規・既存）

　（新規アカウントの獲得、既存顧客のメンテナンス）

・各種イベントへの参加

・ウェビナーの企画、運営

・新コンテンツの企画、運用

・サーベイの実施、集計等、マーケティング的活動

オペレーション：

・お住まい探しのカウンセリング

・物件情報の検索、提案

・物件内覧時の同行

・申込・契約のサポート

・銀行口座開設のためのアポイント取得

・ライフラインセットアップのサポート

・サービスアパートメントの検索、予約

・学校情報やGP登録のサポート業務

・顧客向けイベントの企画・運営

・インボイスの作成、送付

・一時立て替え払いの対応、経理部門との連携

【能力】

・英語Businessレベル

・提案資料やウェビナー資料の作成

・法人に対する無形商材の営業経験がある

・案件受注時の収支計算が出来る

・営業マネージャー経験があればなおよし

・立ち上げ時期の部門のため、仕事に対して待ちの姿勢でなく能動的なマインド
