Job Description
輸出入・物流手配業務（フォワーダー・運送会社との調整）
請求書発行、売上・物流コスト管理
在庫・販売データの集計およびレポーティング
Excelを用いたデータ分析・業務管理（売上・粗利など）
倉庫・工場・顧客との納期および出荷調整
営業チームへの情報共有およびサポート業務
顧客対応（電話・メール）
業務改善・進捗管理および優先順位付け
貿易事務または物流関連業務の実務経験
Excel中級以上（IF関数を用いたデータ処理が可能）
正確かつスピーディーに業務を遂行できる方
マルチタスク環境での業務整理・優先順位付け能力
社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
フォワーダーや運送会社との交渉経験
少人数組織での柔軟な業務対応経験
業務改善やオペレーション設計の経験
日本語：ネイティブレベル（社内外コミュニケーション）
英語：上級レベル（顧客・物流業者との調整・交渉、電話・メール対応）
勤務地：Twickenham（ロンドン近郊）
勤務形態：オフィス勤務（リモート不可）
勤務時間：月〜金 8:30〜16:30（週37.5時間、休憩30分）
