ロンドン支店スタッフ向け一次ヘルプデスクサポートの提供
本社と連携し、ユーザーIDの管理
IT資産の管理および本社との連絡対応
日本語による本社とのコミュニケーションを含むIT関連事務
ITオペレーション業務のバックアップ(開局・閉局手順の実施)
財務・管理業務(Financial Administration)
請求書の確認および支払スケジュールの管理
契約台帳の管理(満期および更新)
更新稟議書の作成(価格および予算の確認)
KYCおよびMSAプロセスの対応等
その他一般管理業務等
必須資格・経験(Essential Qualifications & Experience)
・ITサポートなどの経験、理解
・Excel(vlookup及びその他基本的な関数を扱えるレベル)
・会計知識(Nice to have)
・卓越したコミュニケーション能力
・ビジネスレベルの日本語及び英語
