ロンドンを拠点とする国際金融機関にて、EMEA地域の日本法人顧客を支援する Customer Consulting Teamのアソシエイト を募集しています。
本ポジションはフロントオフィスのサポート役として、リレーションシップ・マネージャー（営業）と連携しながら、口座管理、顧客オンボーディング／オフボーディング、日常的な問い合わせ対応、取引サポートを担当します。
日本語・英語の語学力を活かし、グローバルな環境で高品質な顧客サービスとオペレーショナルサポートを提供する役割です。
