教育機関全体の運営管理および改善推進
インドネシア人スタッフのマネジメント、育成、評価
日々の学校運営における課題抽出と対応
現地スタッフとの円滑なコミュニケーションおよび業務報連相
教育品質・運営品質の維持と向上
インドネシア語で業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な方
インドネシアでの勤務経験をお持ちの方
インドネシア人スタッフのマネジメント経験
教育機関や人材育成分野での経験があれば歓迎
給与：月給 IDR 30,000,000～45,000,000（手取）
THR：1か月分支給
ビザ取得費用会社負担
公的保険（BPJS）および民間保険加入
住宅手当支給
社用車・ドライバーまたは通勤交通手段の支給（内容応相談）
勤務時間：月～金 8:00～17:00
