Our client is a global electronics manufacturer specializing in monitors, TVS, and display solutions. This role will be responsible for overseeing the gaming monitor segment and will be based in the Philippines, with frequent travel required across the country.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute strategies to grow sales, market share, and revenue.
Expand presence in the gaming monitor segment to strengthen competitive positioning.
Build and manage B2B channels, key accounts, and partner relationships.
Drive sales performance through targeted campaigns, deal negotiations, and pipeline tracking (via CRM tools).
Analyse market trends and collaborate internally to deliver forecasts, insights, and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with relevant industry experience in sales or business development (ideally in displays, IT, or consumer electronics).
Strong understanding of the display market, including gaming/DIY PC segments and B2B channel sales.
Proven track record in driving sales results, closing deals, and managing complex client relationships.
Commercially astute, analytical, and strategic thinker who is self-driven and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel within the Philippines
Willingness to travel frequently within the Philippines
