Job Description
カスタマーサービスに関するあらゆる業務の日常管理を担当する
電話およびメールで寄せられる一般的な問い合わせ、依頼、フィードバックに対応する
海外のリロケーションチームと連携し、非常に高い水準のサービス提供を実現する
最低でもディプロマまたは学位を有すること（物流またはサプライチェーンマネジメント専攻が望ましい）
日本語スキル（顧客対応を日本語にて実施していただくため）
引越しサービスおよび／または物流分野において、2〜3年以上の営業経験がある方が望ましい
新規開拓営業（ハンター型営業）の経験があること
優れた営業実績があり、高いコミュニケーション能力および交渉力を有すること
明るく前向きな姿勢で、チーム環境の中で働ける方
多様な文化・背景を持つ様々なレベルの人々と円滑に働ける方
外向的で親しみやすい性格の方
チームプレイヤーであること
給料： to $4500
ボーナス：AWSあり。
勤務時間：8:30am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
