Our client is a leading research institution dedicated to advancing scientific discovery and technological innovation. It focuses on a wide range of disciplines, including biomedical sciences, physical sciences, and engineering.
We are currently looking for a Senior Robotics Scientist with strong expertise in mobile manipulator and humanoid motion planning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement advanced motion and trajectory planning algorithms for manipulators and mobile robots.
Apply expertise in kinematics, control, and dynamics to achieve precise, collision‑free motion.
Integrate machine learning and deep learning to enhance robot autonomy and decision‑making.
Apply computer vision techniques to improve perception and object recognition.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to project proposals and technical reviews.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in motion planning and mobile robotics.
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and/or MATLAB.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong communication skills and passion for robotics research.
