This is a 7 -8 month agency contract role (renewable). 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, with familiarity in ASEAN regulatory frameworks 

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in handling multiple contracts and projects simultaneously under tight timelines 

• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients 

• Works effectively with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, and other business units 

• Experience in working in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment 

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Law from a recognized institution 

• Prior experience handling data protection and privacy regulations 

• Atleast 5 years’ post-qualification experience, gained either in private practice or in-house 

• Experience in negotiating large-scale or complex cloud-based technology agreements
