About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer / Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, with strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD, metal spinning and forming processes, and welding techniques. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and shop-floor personnel.
Responsibilities:
Design and prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Oversee and optimize metal spinning and forming operations to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Monitor and support welding activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain production records, process documentation, and reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
Strong knowledge of metal spinning and forming processes.
Good understanding of welding methods, standards, and quality requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
