Job Description
- Lead end-to-end security operations for the manufacturing plant, ensuring effective surveillance, access control, and asset protection
- Drive risk assessment, threat identification, and implementation of mitigation strategies
- Handle incident management, investigations, and ensure timely closure with corrective actions
- Lead emergency response and crisis management including fire safety, mock drills, and business continuity planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory security requirements and conduct regular audits
- Manage and supervise security teams, guards, and third-party vendors for efficient operations
- Oversee housekeeping and facility discipline to maintain high standards across the plant
- Maintain strong liaison with local authorities such as police, fire department, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and present periodic reports on security performance, incidents, and risk management initiatives.
