New product ideas generate karna aur unki feasibility (profitability, resources, compliance) check karna.
Complete New Product Development (NPD) history maintain karna.
Sales, Planning, QC/QA aur Production teams ke saath close coordination.
Job/process approval, smooth job flow aur pilot-to-mass production transition ensure karna.
Customer requirements ko clearly production tak communicate karna.
Sample cutter par job run karke production ko support karna.
Quotations, first article submission aur pilot lot coordination.
Day-to-day customer interaction, PO follow-up aur strong customer relationship build karna.
Customer issues resolve karke satisfaction ensure karna aur management ko update dena.
Development department ke overall operations handle karna.
Budget aur timelines ke andar design projects complete karna.
