Job Description
Our client is an established EMS company, emerging as a market leader in the design and manufacturing of IoT and home automation products. They are now seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join their ever-growing Production team.
Job Responsibilities
Leads production team to ensure products are manufactured according to product requirements with good quality and efficiency.
Ensure production environment and line set-up adherence to health and safety procedures.
Production planning according to MPS and meeting IE UPH and efficiency.
Implement and enforce quality control.
Monitor and review sub-ordinate performance in meeting their respective job scope, KPI including discipline and attendance.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments in meeting efficiency and downtime targets.
Driving continuous improvement projects to improve productivity and quality.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree - business administration, management, engineering, industrial technology.
Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
With experience in process improvement techniques.
Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices.
