本ポジションは、生産ライン全体の安全かつ効率的な運営を担い、製品の品質、コスト管理、安全衛生および環境対応に責任を持ちます。
製造および生産プロセスの監督
日次・週次・月次・年次の生産計画の策定および実行
4M（人・機械・材料・方法）の最適化などのリソース管理
全製品ラインにおけるコスト削減および生産性向上の推進
従業員および生産施設双方にとって安全な作業環境の維持
会社の手順、方針、プロセスルールの実装
問題や障害が発生した場合の上位管理職への報告
生産性指標、基準、品質管理のモニタリング
オペレーターやリーダーなどの従業員の教育・指導
安全・衛生・環境・品質要件の導入・管理
必要スキル（Required Skills）
生産マネージャーとして5年以上の実務経験
生産・製造業務に関する高い知識と経験
原価管理、安全管理、品質管理の経験
リーン生産方式に関する深い理解
システム／IoTベースの運用スキル
仕掛品（WIP）および生産スケジュール最適化のスキル
優れた口頭および文書コミュニケーション能力
資材所要量計画（MRP）システムの知識
製造設備や生産ライン機器の操作能力
