About the Role
We are seeking a committed and hands-on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to support construction project delivery on-site. This role requires active involvement in daily site activities, including outdoor work, inspections, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure project quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Leader in planning and sequencing construction activities in accordance with the Project Safety Quality Plan (PSQP)
Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
Participate in inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) standards
Conduct inspections of M&E works carried out by subcontractors
Coordinate the handover of completed M&E works to clients
Ensure the use of updated drawings (including shop drawings) and maintain proper documentation in line with IMS requirements
Attend to and follow up on mechanical & electrical rectification works
Support day-to-day project site operations and ensure timely project execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction project management
Experience in commercial buildings is preferred; exposure to data centers or semiconductor projects is an added advantage
Willingness to work on-site nationwide (company-provided accommodation)
Physically capable and willing to work outdoors under construction site conditions
Able to commit to extended working hours when required, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours
???? Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
