The company specializes in IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and system development, helping organizations design, implement, and maintain reliable IT environments.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in networking, cloud (Microsoft 365), cybersecurity, and system deployment, while working closely with senior engineers and clients.
Job Responsibilities
IT Support & Operations
Provide technical support (L1 & L2) to customers and users
Troubleshoot issues (network, servers, cloud, M365, security)
Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and documentation
Project Implementation
Assist in deploying and configuring IT systems
Support system integration projects (servers, networks, cloud, apps)
Help with testing, documentation, and post-go-live support
Onsite Support
Travel to client sites for installation and troubleshooting
Conduct site surveys and assist with infrastructure setup
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and customers
Network & Infrastructure
Support setup of routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, VPN
Learn and apply networking concepts (IP, VLAN, security)
Assist in maintaining secure and scalable environments
Continuous Learning
Build skills in cloud, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization
Participate in training, R&D, and internal improvements
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related
1–3 years experience in IT support / networking / system admin
Fresh grads with strong skills or projects are welcome
