The Project Manager Engineer role is an opportunity to join a growing project management and engineering solutions provider, where you will lead end-to-end project execution across construction and integrated building services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal procedures.
Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Oversee on-site activities and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
6–8 years of project management experience, preferably within construction (CSA or M&E).
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with project scheduling tools and site operations.
Willing to travel to project sites as required.
