Our Client Company is a well-established Engineering Solutions Provider for Semiconductor and High-Tech Manufacturers on setting up of Semiconductor Equipment, Facilities Systems as well as Factory Automation Solutions, with main customer base targeting on global semiconductor foundries and chipmakers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory
Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key existing customers
Manage, coach, and collaborate with internal teams and regional counterparts to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
Oversee sales activities including presentations, negotiations, and contract management to drive successful deal closures
Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans in line with overall company strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies and improve performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering field.
Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in Sales Management / Technical Sales role in semiconductor sector, with proven sales record.
Strong technical knowledge and sales solutions insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with customers.
Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and perform under pressure.
