Job Description
Our client is a global manufacturing organization specializing in high‑precision engineered components for medical, industrial, and consumer applications. Join them now as a Production Section Head to be a part of an ever-growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all functions of the Production Operation, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures to maintain smooth, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with supporting departments or initiate actions to drive projects that improve product performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
Ensure operators meet designated Units Per Hour (UPH) and optimize material utilization.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to achieve defined PI targets.
Determine competence requirements for personnel handling chemicals, scheduled waste, or tasks with potential environmental impact.
Identify training needs and develop operator competencies to meet KPIs through clear communication, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of performance.
Resolve issues and disputes within the production area promptly and effectively.
Enforce 5S practices across all work areas to ensure workplace organization and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with RBA and Supplier Code of Conduct requirements.
Job Requirements
Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
At least 5 years' working experience in the manufacturing field.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
