Job Description
- Lean Manufacturing implementation (5S, Kanban, Heijunka, JIT, Jidoka, SMED, Pull System…etc)
- Cost saving activities
- Implementation of automation activities
- Design and improve material flow of Incoming, WIP and Finished Goods.
- Space optimization by reviewing opportunity of space saving activity.
- Feasibility study online performance, manpower utilization, workflow balancing, capacity utilization and carry out improvement activities.
- Liaise with supplier together with buyer for making purchases.
- Budget and Capex planning by quarter and yearly.
- Min 5-7 years in Manufacturing and relevant industries
- Min Degree in Engineering fields
- Proven work experience/knowledge in Lean Engineering and industrial related standards
- Familiarity with QMS, EMS, OHS regulations
- Ability to hands-on environment in an operating plant
