They are hiring a HR Personnel in Petaling Jaya, ideal for an experienced professional passionate about strategic HR, employee engagement, and organizational growth in a fast-paced tech environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting & Control
Manage full set of accounts and monthly close
Review management accounts and key variances
Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting
Cashflow & Treasury
Prepare rolling cashflow forecasts and monitor liquidity
Manage daily cash, working capital, and payment cycles
Execute payments, fund transfers, and banking facilities
Optimise surplus cash via low‑risk investments
Budgeting & Performance
Support budgets and forecasts
Track performance vs budget and flag risks
Partner with teams to drive cost control
Funding & Banking
Support CFO on financing, drawdowns, and reporting
Liaise with banks and monitor loan covenants
Compliance & Governance
Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
Strengthen controls, SOPs, and documentation
Process & Projects
Improve finance processes and systems
Support ad‑hoc projects and expansion initiatives
Team Leadership
Lead AP, AR, and GL teams
Ensure timely and accurate finance operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional qualification (MIA / ACCA / CPA) is a plus
Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, audit, or corporate finance
Experience with full set of accounts, cashflow, and financial reporting preferred
Exposure to banking facilities, loans, or treasury operations is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
Good communication skills to liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
