同社では、経験豊富なQCマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションでは、電気接点材料の開発・試験・生産プロセス全体を統括し、最高水準の品質基準を満たすよう管理していただきます。また、品質管理手順の運用および製造プロセスの改善を推進し、製品品質の維持・向上に貢献していただきます。
勤務地： シャーアラム（Hicom）
主な業務内容品質管理（QC）部門を統括し、生産工程全体にわたって製品品質基準が順守されていることを確認する
電気接点材料に関する品質検査、製品試験、およびバリデーション業務を主導する
生産、エンジニアリング、R&Dチームと連携し、製品品質および生産効率の継続的改善を推進する
安全規制および環境基準の遵守状況を監視・徹底する
品質管理プロセス、関連文書、レポートの策定・導入・維持を行う
QCスタッフの育成および指導を行い、組織全体に品質重視の文化を浸透させる
品質に関する問題解決のため、経営陣や他部門と円滑にコミュニケーションを図る
品質問題の根本原因分析を行い、是正措置を実施してプロセス改善につなげる
品質管理、電気工学、または製造プロセス関連分野の学士号
製造業における工場勤務でのマネジメント経験（特に電気部品製造業または近似業界での経験が望ましい）
リーン生産方式やシックスシグマの推進経験（グリーンベルトまたはブラックベルト資格保有者歓迎）
高いリーダーシップおよび優れたコミュニケーション能力
英語・マレー語・中国語のビジネスレベル以上（読み書き・会話）
自動車業界での経験およびIATF 16949認証の知識・保有者は尚可
電気部品の品質管理に用いられる試験・検査に関する知識
