Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair environmental testing equipment (ESPEC systems) at customer sites
Provide technical after-sales support and troubleshooting
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Conduct regular maintenance and inspection services
Support equipment setup and commissioning
Collaborate with internal teams and overseas engineers (Japanese and foreign staff)
Prepare service reports and technical documentation
Requirements
Must-have:
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English (working with Japanese and multinational staff)
Experience in electrical work or refrigeration-related systems
Ability to read and understand:
Electrical circuit diagrams
Refrigeration circuit diagrams
Preferred:
Experience working in a Japanese company
Field service or customer-facing technical experience
Tet bonus: 1-month salary
Additional performance bonus (typically total ~2–3 months/year)
