■職務内容■
ベトナム工場の責任者として、生産・品質・人材マネジメントを統括いただきます。
日本品質をベースに、機械製造・部品加工の現場をリードし、工場全体の最適化と組織強化を担うポジションです。
≪具体的な業務内容≫
・生産計画の立案・進捗管理、納期・コストの最適化
・品質管理体制の構築・改善（不良低減、工程改善）
・製造設備の管理・導入、技術課題の解決
・現地スタッフの教育・マネジメント
・安全・品質基準の徹底、日本本社との連携
・営業サポート
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
≪必須≫
・製造業における現場経験
・機械・部品加工・設備系のいずれかでの実務経験
・生産管理・品質管理の知識
・ナショナルスタッフのマネジメント経験
・現場リーダー／ライン長／工場管理など、人材育成や組織運営の経験
≪歓迎≫
・海外工場(特にベトナム)での勤務経験
・ベトナム語でのコミュニケーション力
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■
≪年収≫ 約700万～※経験に応じて相談(経験者はさらに優遇します)
≪勤務地≫ ロンアン省
≪勤務時間≫ 月～土※土曜日は隔週勤務
