Job Description

■ポジション名■ 

【ベトナム勤務】 技術部門マネージャー 

 

■職務内容■ 

・金型メーカーとの折衝 

・製品試作、検証、顧客との精度・形状・品質等の仕様打合せ 

・量産立上げまでの金型修正 

・量産金型不具合改善 

・人員管理・教育推進 

・新規金型メーカーの開拓 

・品質目標管理、計画と結果分析、改善活動

 

■応募要件■ 

・射出成形金型の知見 

・射出成形金型の立ち上げ業務（仕様打ち合わせ～量産移管まで） 

・成形機操作 

 

■語学力■ 

英語（もしくはベトナム語）:日常会話以上 

 

■オファー内容（勤務条件）■ 

給与:2,500USD - 4,000USD (Gross) / 月 ※ご経験に応じ決定 

住宅補助:500USD – 900USD / 月 

 

■待遇・福利厚生■

勤務時間:8:00 – 17:00
