JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer network infrastructure devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, storage systems, and VPNs, along with overall system management.

• Oversee server room operations, including network switches, monitoring and access systems, UPS, telephone exchange systems, and servers. 

• Maintain and manage Microsoft Office 365 services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience. 
• HSK Level 5 and above certificate is required.
• Able to set up and maintain computers, network systems, and related hardware 
• Experienced in managing IT server rooms.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux environments
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, email, networks, and associated systems.
• Knowledgeable in network setup, operation, and maintenance, with the ability to identify and fix common LAN problems. 
• Experience supporting ERP systems and developing or maintaining web forms (skilled in SQL, .NET, C#, and JavaScript). Practical experience managing and maintaining Microsoft Office 365.
