Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and validation frameworks for networking products.

• Perform various testing activities including functional, performance, stability, and regression testing.

• Analyze network issues using diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and Tcpdump to identify root causes.

• Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues and ensure product quality.

• Build and enhance QA processes, testing standards, and validation methodologies.

• Drive the adoption of automation testing and improve overall test efficiency.

• Mentor QA engineers and contribute to team capability development.

• Ensure release readiness and continuously improve product quality and test coverage.

Job Requirements
 

• 3+ years of experience in networking, broadband, telecom, or related QA/validation roles.

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, and troubleshooting.

• Hands‑on experience with packet analysis and diagnostic tools (e.g. Wireshark, Tcpdump).

• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience leading testing activities or mentoring team members.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.

• Good English communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.

• Experience with issue tracking tools

• Hands‑on experience with automation testing (Python, Robot Framework, Shell)

• Familiarity with broadband protocols such as TR‑069, TR‑369.

• Testing certifications such as ISTQB.
