■業務内容■ 経理役席候補としてベトナム工場全体の経理、財務、決算処理等をお任せ致します
■具体的な業務内容
管理部門全体を取りまとめていただきます。
経理財務業務： ・連結決算、単体決算 ・税務申告、税務調査対応 ・管理会計 ・原価管理
事業管理業務： ・損益管理 ・事業計画立案 ・予算管理 ・PL作成、分析 ・経費管理 ・売上、原価管理など
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
≪必須要件≫
・会計関連(経理・財務)の実務経験をお持ちの方
※語学力不問
≪歓迎要件≫
・製造業での経験をお持ちの方
・工場経理のご経験をお持ちの方
・同規模の企業で経験をお持ちの方
・ベトナムで就業経験をお持ちの方
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■
≪雇用形態≫ ベトナム現地採用あるいは駐在
≪給与≫ 600万円～900万円程度
(※あくまで想定となり、候補者様のご経験年数・保有スキル、ご面接内容を総合的に鑑み決定致します)
≪賞与≫ 年俸制の為、年0回
≪昇給≫ 年1回
≪勤務地≫ ベトナム工場（ハノイ近郊のフンイエン工場）
≪勤務時間≫ 平日08:00～17:00、土曜隔週出勤有、日曜祝日休み
※その他はYAMCO社勤務カレンダーに準じる
