COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled PE Manager position.

Industry: Manufacturing

Working Location: Long Duc Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province (near Ho Chi Minh City) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Lead and oversee all engineering activities supporting manufacturing processes, including: 

• SMT (Surface Mount Technology) 

• PCB Assembly 

• Final product assembly 

• Process engineering, jigs, equipment, and testing systems 

2.Manage and develop the engineering team to ensure: 

• High production efficiency 

• Stable product quality 

• Continuous improvement initiatives 

3.Adapt to a production environment with mass production and frequent model changes.

4.Collaborate cross-functionally with: 

• Production Control 

• Maintenance 

• Quality Assurance 

• Supply Chain 

5.Support production targets and drive operational excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering or related fields)

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Production Engineering Engineer in electronics manufacturing.

• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience. 

• Experience in: 

• PCBA and final assembly of electronic products 

• New Product Introduction (NPI) management 

• AOI, SPI, ICT, and FCT systems 

• Knowledge of: 

• IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001) 

• Automation and Industry 4.0 

• Experience in designing or using: Jigs, equipment, and testing software (mechanical & electrical) 

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus 

• Language : Required: English OR Japanese (must be able to work in at least one language)
