Our client, Japanese real estate company is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to drive and support their in-house product development strategy.
Location: Binh Duong (Shuttle bus is provided)
Job Description
Lead and develop the in-house software engineering team (hiring, coaching, task allocation, performance management).
Manage product transition from external vendors to internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements.
Define technical architecture, choose technologies, and maintain code quality standards.
Plan and track sprints, optimize workflows, and improve team productivity.
Promote AI-assisted development, align with stakeholders, and support additional projects as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with proven team management capabilities
Strong technical background in React Native, Vue/Nuxt, and Java Spring Boot
Good working proficiency in English or Japanese for business communication
Demonstrated experience in team building and optimizing development processes
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
