JAC's client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company hiring Engineering Manager/ Technical Manager 

Job Responsibilities

• Review and approve configuration and engineering design processes

• Review and approve equipment plans (disposal, fabrication, arrangement)

• Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans

• Propose and execute corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures

• Manage procurement of measuring instruments, tools, and equipment

• Purchase and arrange factory consumables and materials

• Manage maintenance of spare parts, equipment, and infrastructure

• Drive productivity improvement initiatives

• Promote and implement automation projects

• Support material consumption review and optimization

• Monitor and supervise maintenance activities, machinery, and tools

• Plan and set up new production lines

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve arising issues

• Perform other tasks assigned by management

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields

• At least 3 years of management experience in a similar position

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Language: Good at Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
