COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality project management (Design quality engineer) for manufacturing company.

Work Location: Vsip 2 – Binh Duong

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main contact with customer and other department for any quality concerns.

• Join the meeting with Customer for any quality concerns

• Manage a support team member for below jobs:

• Lead quality management for new product introduction (NPI) and mass production

• Serve as the primary window of communication with customers regarding quality topics.

• Receive, consolidate, and respond to customer inquiries and requirements related to project quality.

• Prepare, review, and present Quality Readiness status at key project milestones

• Ensure all quality requirements are met before proceeding to the next project phase.

• Monitor and track quality performance indicators (e.g. defect rate, yield, FACA status).

• Coordinate internal quality reviews for OK2Send prior to shipment.

• Assess quality risks, consolidate status, and obtain customer approval when required.

• Lead or participate in regular customer meetings or quality issue meeting.

• Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and minutes of meeting (MoM).

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect data and drive quality actions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field)

• Strong understanding of: Quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Control Plan), Problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)

• Have 5+ years of experience in Quality / Project Management

• At least 2 years in leadership or project lead role

• Experience in manufacturing (semiconductor/electronics preferred)

• Experience in NPI and customer-facing roles is highly preferred

• Strong project management skills (timeline, risk, stakeholder management)

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Leadership and team coordination skills

• Fluent in English

• Skills in creating reports using PowerPoint and presentation.
