JAC’s client, a healthcare group is looking for a M&A Consultant position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - Work remotely
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research and development analysis of new investment projects.
Evaluate the feasibility of investment opportunities.
Contract Negotiations.Follow up process of executing transactions to meet the business objectives.
Administer the process of due diligence and corporate value assessment.
Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures, and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied.
Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects.
Job Requirements
University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
Having 1-3 years of experience of M&A work in the Consulting/Investment firm or Healthcare projects.
English professional proficiency
Strong problem solving, negotiation, research, and analytical skill.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Accuracy of reports and records.Hybrid working, willing to have abroad business trip.
