Job Description
Establish and manage the quality system in compliance with IATF 16949 standards and customer requirements.
Control and develop the quality system across supplier quality, in‑process quality, and customer quality.
Analyze quality issues and define systematic preventive measures.
Manage and lead the QA/QC team, driving continuous quality improvement activities.
Coordinate quality matters with customers and external parties.
Support internal and external audits.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive industry, including 3+ years at the managerial level.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Experience in customer complaints, supplier development, and audits.
Strong analytical and systematic problem‑solving skills.
