Sales Assistant / Manager (Shipping Line)
Location: Bkk City
Salary: 100,000 ++ THB (Negotiable depending on experience)
About the Company
A leading international logistics and shipping organization, providing end-to-end transport solutions and serving a diverse global customer base, with a strong focus on growth in the Chinese market segment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive the sales team to achieve volume and revenue targets.
Develop strategies to expand market share and acquire new customers.
Manage and grow relationships within the Chinese customer segment (import/export).
Identify market trends and business opportunities for growth.
Oversee client engagement, sales visits, and CRM data management.
Promote value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
Bachelor’s degree or higher (logistics or supply chain preferred).
Strong communication skills in Thai, English and Chinese
Solid understanding of Chinese market dynamics and customer networks.
Proven leadership, results-driven mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
