Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of high-end retail and facade projects. This role is responsible for delivering projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations, while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and will play a critical role in both project delivery and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, quality, and safety targets are met 

• Manage the full project lifecycle from design review to fabrication and site installation 

• Oversee on-site execution and ensure compliance with regulations and specifications 

• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues 

• Monitor project financials, including cost control and profitability 

• Manage contract variations, claims, and commercial risks 

• Prepare and deliver regular progress and performance reports 

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams 

• Act as the primary point of contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships 

• Lead, mentor, and oversee project teams while supporting business development activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline

• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in construction, facade engineering, or specialist subcontracting

• Proven track record in delivering high-end retail, storefront, or facade projects is highly preferred

• Strong expertise in project execution, cost control, contract management, and site operations

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
