Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to enhance financial and accounting operations through automation, digital transformation, and data-driven insights. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and enabling better decision-making across finance functions.
Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Design and implement low-code applications (e.g., Power Apps) integrated with ERP/SAP systems
Develop and manage RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) for automating repetitive tasks
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support financial analysis
Ensure compliance with financial controls and collaborate with stakeholders for solution rollout and training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
3+ years of experience in Accounting or Financial Consulting
Experience in financial system implementation or development
Hands-on experience with RPA or low-code tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath)
Good command of English and proficiency in Power BI
