Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager (Import & Export Division) with Japanese language capability to lead operations, manage client accounts, and oversee team development. You will work closely with Japanese management and regional headquarters, playing a key role in business operations and future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with customers acquired by the sales team
Lead, supervise, and develop Import/Export team members
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Prepare reports and communicate directly with Japanese senior management and HQ
Support and potentially expand involvement in domestic transportation and warehouse operations
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics industry
Proven management or leadership experience
Japanese language proficiency (business level or above)
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience in import/export operations and customs documentation
