Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of Human Resources, General Affairs (GA), and Purchasing functions. This role ensures effective people management, compliance with labor laws, efficient administrative operations, and cost-effective procurement practices to support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, C&B, and employee relations
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Oversee General Affairs operations, including office administration, facilities, and workplace safety
• Manage purchasing activities, including PO process
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Supervise and develop HR, GA, and Purchasing team to support organizational goals
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR & Administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices
• Experience in GA and purchasing functions is required
