会社概要：日系大手精密機器メーカーを主要顧客としてグローバルサプライチェーンの一翼を担っています。
仕事内容：
・製造現場の安全・品質・生産状況の確認とフォロー
・生産計画に基づく進捗管理および課題対応
・品質問題やトラブル発生時の原因整理、再発防止策の検討・展開
・現場スタッフ、他部署との調整業務
・日報・週報・会議資料等の作成（Copilot等のツール活用可）
・改善活動（Kaizen、5S等）の推進・支援
必須要件：
・現場の状況を整理し、安全・品質・生産の優先順位を考えられる力
・関係者（現場、他部署）と調整しながら業務を進められるコミュニケーション力
・基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPointを用いた資料作成）
