Job Description
Position: Production Leader
Location: Pathum Thani
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the production site, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication (reporting, contacting, consulting).
Support packaging projects beyond food (cosmetics, household goods, other food clients) as the right-hand person to the Managing Director.
Provide technical support to subordinates, handle customer complaints, and implement countermeasures and improvement plans.
Lead inspection measures, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate smoothly with team members.
Experience managing 7 or more subordinates.
Prior experience working in a Japanese company preferred.
Background in packaging and management.
