会社概要：
タイに拠点を置く日系の物流関連企業で、国内外の輸送・倉庫・ロジスティクスサービスを提供しています。
特に3PL事業に注力しており、倉庫運営を中心とした物流サービスを展開しています。
仕事内容：
■倉庫現場の業務フローや作業効率、在庫管理状況などを分析し、課題を可視化した上で、業務改善に向けた施策・改善戦略の立案および実行支援を行う。
※はじめの半年～1年は倉庫現場に入っていただき、現場目線に立って改善業務を行っていただきます。
■現場で働くタイ人スタッフのサポートを行い、円滑な現場運営を支援するとともに、課題や要望の吸い上げを通じてチーム全体の生産性向上を図る。
■物流・倉庫運営に関わる各種コストを把握・分析し、収益性向上に向けた原価管理およびコスト改善に取り組む。
■今後、新規開拓国においても、同様の役割を担っていただく可能性有。

【必須要件】
■倉庫現場での実務経験を有する方
■原価計算・原価管理の経験を有する方
■タイにおいて長期的なキャリアを築く意欲をお持ちの方
