Position:                                   Factory Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Salary:                                     120,000 – 150,000 THB / month

Welfares:                                 Bonus, Gasoline allowance and others            

Location:                                   Ban Bueng, Chonburi

Working Day:                           Monday to Friday (and Saturday as per company calendar)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily factory operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.

• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations.

• Coordinate with Japanese headquarters and clients, utilizing Japanese language skills for effective communication.

• Implement and monitor production strategies, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs to achieve company targets.

• Drive employee development, training, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with automotive manufacturing standards and customer requirements.

• Report directly to senior management on factory performance, challenges, and improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably with Japanese companies.

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven experience in factory operations.

• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (Thai language is a plus).

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality management systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
