仕事内容：
・社内内製部品に関する技術サポート（量産立上げ、改善）
・金型に関する技術対応（仕様確認、トラブル対応）
・新規製品の試作・量産立ち上げ対応（日程管理、フォローアップ）
・不具合分析および改善対応
・日本本社および関連部門との技術連携・調整業務
・タイ人エンジニアへの技術指導・育成
・サプライヤー（成形・金型協力先）、設備メーカーとの調整
必須要件：
・射出成形、金型技術に関する実務知識を有している
（内製部品の中で成形が業務比率として高い為）
・技術的な指導・サポートができる方
・部品の立上げプロセルを理解しており日程管理が出来る方
・日本本社と現地スタッフへの橋渡しができる方
