• 日本に拠点を持つ多国籍企業およびその国内子会社に対する主要窓口として、以下のような業務に従事していただきます：
• グローバルリレーションシップチームと連携した顧客関係の構築・強化
• 日本および海外市場を含む顧客の事業拡大・財務戦略を支援するためのアカウントプランの策定・推進
• 財務責任者（Treasurer）、経理・財務部門責任者、地域統括担当者等とのリレーション構築を通じた、キャッシュマネジメント・流動性管理・運転資金ソリューションに関するビジネス機会の創出

Join a leading global Corporate & Investment Bank as a VP Global Subsidiary Banker in Tokyo. This high-impact client-facing role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs) and their subsidiaries operating in Japan. You will work closely with global banking teams to deliver treasury, trade finance, liquidity management, financing, and risk management solutions through a world-class international banking platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Banker seeking to build strategic client relationships, drive business growth, and gain exposure to complex cross-border banking solutions within a highly international environment.

• Serve as the primary banking relationship manager in Japan for multinational corporations and their local subsidiaries.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to support clients' treasury, financing, liquidity, and expansion objectives.
• Build strong relationships with Treasurers, CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior decision-makers across multinational organizations.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities across transaction banking, treasury services, trade finance, foreign exchange, liquidity management, and financing solutions.
• Partner with overseas relationship managers and product specialists to deliver seamless cross-border banking solutions.
• Coordinate client onboarding, governance, KYC, and regulatory processes while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
• Monitor client needs and market developments to provide proactive banking solutions and strategic advice.
• Ensure strong risk management practices and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コーポレートバンキング、グローバルバンキング、サブシディアリーバンキング、トランザクションバンキング、または金融機関における類似の法人顧客フロント業務の経験（目安8年以上）
• 多国籍企業、海外子会社、または国際的に事業展開する企業に対するリレーションシップマネジメント経験
• コーポレートバンキング領域における新規開拓・既存顧客深耕・収益創出の実績
• キャッシュマネジメント、流動性ソリューション、トレードファイナンス、外国為替などトレジャリー関連プロダクトに関する理解
• 複数国・複数地域にまたがるクライアント戦略の策定・推進および海外ステークホルダーとの協働経験
• コーポレートバンキング領域におけるクレジット分析、顧客オンボーディング、KYC、各種コンプライアンス・規制対応に関する知識
• 学士号または同等の実務経験

• Minimum 8 years of experience within Corporate Banking, Global Banking, Subsidiary Banking, Transaction Banking, Relationship Management, or a related client-facing financial services role.
• Proven experience managing relationships with multinational corporations, overseas subsidiaries, or internationally active corporate clients.
• Strong track record of business development, revenue generation, and client relationship management within a banking environment.
• In-depth knowledge of cash management, liquidity solutions, trade finance, foreign exchange, working capital solutions, and treasury products.
• Experience coordinating with international stakeholders and managing client strategies across multiple regions and countries.
• Solid understanding of credit analysis, client onboarding, KYC requirements, and banking regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.

• Japanese: Native Level
• English: Fluent

• Experience covering multinational corporations, global subsidiaries, or internationally active clients.
• Knowledge of treasury management, cash management, liquidity solutions, or working capital optimization.
• Experience within a global banking organization and exposure to cross-border banking solutions.
• Familiarity with transaction banking, securities services, and international corporate finance products.
• Existing network within multinational corporate treasury or finance functions would be advantageous.
