投資の検討段階から実行／モニタリング／評価、そして投資エンティティー（ファンド／SPC）の管理・予実まで、投資事業運営の品質とスピードを両立させるための実務を担当いただきます。
＜主な業務内容＞
・投資検討／実施時のエグゼキューション支援
・投資モニタリング支援
・投資先の財務諸表等のレビュー、四半期毎の投資先評価実施
・ポートフォリオ管理、投資に関するリスクコントロール
・投資エンティティーの管理全般
・その他事業運営に係る管理、運営業務全般

Required Skills
必須要件：
・事業会社／金融機関／監査法人／コンサル等での管理系業務（経理／管理会計／投資管理／内部統制）経験
・財務諸表（BS／PL／CF）の読解力
・Excel（関数、ピボット、データ整形）スキル
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 800点以上）の英語力
歓迎要件：
・VC／CVC／PE／投資会社での管理・オペレーション経験
・ファンド／SPCの事務、ガバナンス運用経験、評価（FV）プロセスの実務経験
・監査法人・会計事務所でのアドバイザリー／監査経験、もしくはJGAAP／IFRSの理解

・多部門と協働し、期限と品質を守るプロジェクト遂行力／コミュニケーション力
